  • Sibling and caregiver support

Assessment & treatment planning

A BCBA spends time with your child and your family before anything is written down.

  • Goals chosen together with you
  • Progress reviewed and updated monthly

Community & school support

When your child is ready, we practice outside the front door — and coordinate with the people who see them all day.

  • Outings: park, store, restaurant, playdates
  • Collaboration with teachers and IEP teams
  • School-readiness and transition goals

Telehealth consultation

Quick check-ins between sessions, for the questions that can't wait until next week.

  • Short video sessions with your BCBA
  • Helpful for scheduling gaps and travel weeks

Good to know

The practical questions.

What ages do you work with?

We primarily support children from toddler age through early adolescence. If you're not sure whether your child is a fit, ask us — we'll tell you honestly.

Do you take insurance?

We'll help you check your benefits before you commit to anything, and we'll walk you through what your plan covers in plain language.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

Most insurance plans require an autism diagnosis to fund ABA. If you don't have one yet, we can point you toward the right next step.

Where do sessions take place?

In your home. We're a home-based practice, so there's no clinic to drive to — we come to you, and later we practice out in your community too.

How many hours per week?

It depends on your child's needs and your family's schedule. Your BCBA will recommend a range after the assessment, and you decide what's workable.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. Tell us what's going on and we'll help you figure out the next step.
